One of the IT’s industries major players is looking to better understand IT priorities, current programs, and the decision-making process in the health care industry in the various markets of the Central and Eastern Europe.  
Researchers will have a basic technical understanding of enterprise systems and general knowledge of their application in health care.
The master’s or MBA thesis should analyze on current market data, identity pertinent public policy, and explore current implementations through interviews with selected CIOs.
The sponsor will provide assistance in French or English in defining the research questions, contacting the various end-clients, and supervising the work.

One of the IT industries’ major suppliers would to better understand potential interest of large and middle sized French corporations for setting up private cloud networks based in Central and Eastern Europe. The research will explore managerial concerns for both data security, corporate governance, and reliability concerns and tactical objectives of saving cost and resources.

One of the IT industries’ major suppliers would like to deploy a 2.O platform to foster and monitor internal execution of current market objectives concerning their middleware offer. This applied research will include analyzing the objectives and related metrics, developing the corresponding dashboards for the management team, and then deploying an internal 2.0 strategy to encourage the use and enrichment of the platform. The research will explore managerial concerns for monitoring execution, enriching the decision-making processes, and forging and conveying a common language within the team and to key stakeholders.
The project will require working knowledge of designing portals, widgets, and RSS feeds, as well as basic knowledge of business intelligence, dashboards, and program execution.
